I remind everyone at HM that we are problem solvers and service providers – printing is the vehicle we use to deliver them.  As advanced as the technology has become, it is only useful to the experienced company.  As HM nears its fourth decade of service to the nation, it is amazing to think back to the thousands of challenging jobs we have performed for our clients.   The experience, talent and creativity we have gathered over the years allow us to handle whatever you throw our way.

The “HM difference” is formidable.  It is our unique ability to combine high quality print with specialization in several different bindery / post-press finishing production functions and blend that with a complete list of mailing services, hand assembly, warehousing and fulfillment.  This is all done on-site, by HM Graphics, under our strict quality control procedures, at a single facility.

Specialization of a diverse array of graphic art techniques and functions under one roof creates a streamlined process that consistently delivers:

Quality that meets or exceeds industry standards

Use of creative design considered difficult or too challenging

Seamless workflow meets deadlines with fluid production process

Ability to handle seemingly impossible deadlines

Cost management through our expertise and keeping job in-house

These benefits are brought to our clients via one of the most highly seasoned veteran teams of sales, service and production staff who, in a recent blind survey, were given the highest rating of “excellent” by 95% of our clients.

Anyone can say they are tough print production problem solvers, but when it comes right down to it, HM set the bar for that service within our industry.  We regularly accept jobs that other printers have turned down because they were deemed too risky, impossible or had too short a deadline.  Is HM the “go-to” printer because we have all of the print production capabilities in-house? Maybe.  Or maybe our clients just like how they are treated.  Regardless, we would be proud to help you solve your next print production challenge.
